i think the tape holding the chimes in place slips and causes them to move – keep your eye on the strip of tape on the lid between around 19-22 secs and you’ll see what I mean.
Guys this was the last movement. I have 4 additional movements. Just wanted to provide the largest movement found after more than 5 hours. We have never had the tape move within several months of investigations. So not sure..but You can see additional findings of this investigation at the following.

I hope you can pull it up. I think I can see a shadow on the jar, but no one was there so not sure what’s going on there.
Hey looking at the video I see where your coming from..
I’ve looked at this and I reckon you have captured something paranormal here. I dont think though the device was touched from inside, I think it was touched from the top of the jar which made the insides move. I dont think it is the tape moving to me.
Just like to say though that tape isnt a good thing to use. I glued mine to the inside of the lid with good adhesive glue and it is solid as a rock & stayed stuck very well. I dont find it a hindrance during transportation. I sit it upright in a material carry bag and never hear it at all. If I did, I would unscrew the lid and transport the lid separately so the chimes cant move. You dont want anything on top to lead to any questioning.
Now this has got me going again and has reminded to put it in the bag again tonight as I forgot it last time.
I just wanted to add…just because something moves in front of our eyes like that, doesnt mean there is a material explanation. It can just be….ghosts. I guess if mine moves it will be failing glue and if the screw ones move it will be loose nuts. Where does this all end?
Hi Tracey I understand what you mean, but in the video it clearly shows that as the tape looses it’s grip the weight of the chimes causes the tape to come undone which then cause the chimes to drop and make them move.
Sorry but to me that does not clearly show the tape loosening. I watched this over and over and I paused it and I looked for a change in distance from the end of the tape to the edge of the lid and could not find it. Its inconclusive as far as I am concerned. The tape to me looks like it is being pressed down from the top over the part where the chimes are centred, not slipping from the side. Unless I was shown an angle from the top clearly showing the tap slipping which would mean a definite movement from the sides of the tape, I cant agree with you. A finger pressing the top of the tape would probably have the same affect on the chimes.
If the adhesiveness of the tape weakened the weight of the chimes would have pulled the tape downwards which would have resulted in a very noticable difference is measurement of the top on the top in relation to the sides of the lid. I am not seeing that…only a movement from the top of the tape in the centre which results in a dipping down of the chimes. This would happen if you pressed down on that part in the centre even while it was securely stuck. Tape does stretch if pressure is put on like that.
I can clearly see the tape losing its grip on the chain/cable holding the chimes in place. You can easily see the reflection of the glass beads (on the chain/cable which are supporting the chimes) between the tape and the lid.
The tape loses its grip on the lid, between which the chimes are held in place. when this grip is lost, the chimes move.
What you descirbe and claim to not be the tape slipping, is in fact, the tap slipping as described above. since the tape seperates itself from the chimes and its support completely, the chimes falling would not cause the tape to get pulled down in any way.
My suggestion would be a more secure support system for the chimes, and one which is subsequently air tight. The problem with making a hole in the lid and using tape is that you cant guarantee air isnt going to get in through that hole and move the chimes plus, as we can see, you cant guarantee the tape will secure the chimes in the first place.
How exactly was the chimes attached to the tape? Was it just tape stuck over the top of a hole and then the chimes somehow stuck to the underneath of the tape? If this is the case, then it could have just become unstuck from the adhesive side of the tape and dropped lke that a bit. I thought you were meaning the top of the tap attached to the lid has slipped. The actual tape but maybe its more like the chimes just became unstuck from the adhesive underside. I can see now where you are coming from. I cant see the tape slipping on top of the jar though
